Triazine Free High Performance Machine System Cleaner.
Machine System cleaner is a highly effective cleaning agent designed for the sterilisation of machine tools where water-mix metalworking fluids are employed.
Machine tool cleaner is highly effective at lifting oily residues and swarf from heavily contaminated systems, whilst at the same time killing bacteria and fungal spores.
APPLICATION
Used at a concentration of 2%, Machine System Cleaner should be added to the in-use metalworking fluid and then circulated for between 24 and 48 hours prior to fluid change.
The old fluid should be then drained from the system and flushed with fresh clean water before the machine is filled with a new charge of metalworking fluid.

Odour Citrus N.B. Emulsions must be prepared by pouring the soluble oil onto water with agitation to ensure complete dispersion.
