PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
 
A premium quality lithium complex thickened grease for plain and anti-friction bearings designed to withstand high temperatures over extended periods without leaving dry residues associated with conventional types of thickeners used in high temperature greases.
The additions of extreme pressure additives in addition to PTFE reduce friction and self-generating temperatures.
SYNTHETIC COMPLEX also provides excellent lubrication at sub-zero and ambient temperatures making this lubricant extremely versatile in its applications.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
 
Synthetic Complex EP2 can be applied by hand or by using a standard grease gun (400grm cartridges available), or via a central lubricating system designed for and capable of pumping a NLGI No.2 grease. Consult a qualified centralised lubrication system engineer before installation.
As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applies previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. Likewise as a general rule, take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of greases recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
